Work Description
This piece is an arrangement based on the original solo piano work.
It is a set of variations consisting of a theme, five variations, and a finale.
The work was originally written for a piano performance at a wedding reception. The venue was exceptionally elegant, so I composed the piece around the architectural concept behind the building’s design.
With a performance time of approximately five minutes, the music carries a solemn, sacred, and celebratory atmosphere—perfectly suited for a wedding. While maintaining classical form and character, the piece incorporates many popular-style chords, giving it a memorable and accessible quality. Personally, I feel it turned out to be one of my better works.
Its brilliant character suits the violin beautifully, and the part includes many virtuosic passages—ideal for advanced players.
